About Bucknell University

Bucknell University is a small, private liberal arts school located in Lewisburg, Pa., that takes pride in its highly interdisciplinary approach to college education. Bucknell comprises three colleges (College of Arts & Sciences, College of Engineering and the Freeman College of Management) and offers more than 65 majors and 70 minors — with most courses open to all students regardless of major. The University emphasizes hands-on, experiential learning through research, civic engagement and internships with top companies such as Keurig Dr Pepper and Johnson & Johnson. At Bucknell, transformative experiences like these extend beyond the classroom to residential life. Housing is guaranteed for all four years and features a range of options, including themed affinity houses and living-learning communities focused on topics ranging from food to social justice. An on-campus farm, high-tech makerspaces, and 200+ clubs also provide myriad opportunities for students to create, innovate and discover.
